The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, Nursing Assistant training or current nursing student with clinical rotation, or an approved combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Nursing Assistant Program completion or current Nursing student with clinical rotation or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Assist the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing staff.
• Carry out additional functions for which prepared.
• Incorporate the Hospital Customer Service Program into patient care.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.

Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities. Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Trade School Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation Required or
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience

• 1 year experience in a Nursing Assistant role Preferred

Licenses

• Basic Life Support Required
• Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
