Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care in a dynamic hospital network. You will assist the RN with delegated patient care activities and participate in day-to-day clinical routines within a 10,000-strong workforce.

Responsibilities include integrating the Hospital’s Customer Service Program into care delivery and maintaining accountability to the Nurse Manager for all activities. A combination of education and hands-on experience may qualify you for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with at least one clinical rotation required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Incorporate the Hospital’s Customer Service Program concepts into patient care activities.

Incorporates the concepts of the Hospital’s Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities. Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.

Education

Trade School Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation Required or

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience

1 year experience in a Nursing Assistant role Preferred

Licenses

Basic Life Support Required

Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
