Job Summary:

Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing support staff and additional specific functions for which trained. Incorporates the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all patient care activities. Reports to the Nurse Manager or designee.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required). Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with at least one clinical rotation (Required). Relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 1 Year in a Nursing Assistant role (Preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support (Required). CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
