Baptist Health Floyd, 2BCE Intermediate Part‑time (24 Hours Weekly), Days (7am‑7pm) Benefit Eligible Job Duties: We are seeking a Nursing Assistant who under general supervision and according to established procedures functions as an on‑shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non‑patient care unit maintenance tasks.

About the Unit

The 2nd floor Intermediate Unit is a 34-bed unit specializing in Progressive Care (PCU) or intermediate nursing. With nurse‑to‑patient ratios (4:1), our team provides high‑quality care to adult patients with complex medical needs. Our unit is composed both experienced and new graduate nurses; we work as an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality patient centric care. Our team continues building our reputation as a unit everyone wants to be a part of because of teamwork, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

BLS for Healthcare Provider required. High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required. We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
