Select Specialty Hospital - Flint is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) in Flint, MI. Schedule is 7am–7pm with compensation up to $23.19/hr depending on experience. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

The role focuses on compassionate, high-quality inpatient post-ICU care with extensive orientation and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting patients with bathing, rounds, transport, and maintaining clean, organized rooms and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient soins: bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from treatment centers and assist movers.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment.
