Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, and basic care.
• Conduct hourly rounds and monitor patient needs.
• Transport patients to treatment areas and assist with mobility.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and equipment; restock supplies as directed.
