sju seeks a Clinical Instructor and Program Director for the Associate of Science in Nursing program in Lancaster. The role combines administrative leadership with teaching responsibilities, overseeing curriculum, faculty supervision, student progression, and accreditation activities.

The Program Director reports to the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Nursing and collaborates with the School of Nursing and Allied Health leadership to ensure program quality, compliance, and successful NCLEX

Qualifications

• Leading nursing education programs and accreditation activities.
• Faculty supervision and development experience.
• Strong collaboration with academic leadership and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high performing learner-centered environment.
• Supervise the ASN program and nursing faculty.
• Coordinate with site leaders and Dean on program standards and budgeting.
• Guide curriculum review, revision, and accreditation documentation.
• Ensure clinical placements and scheduling for all students.
• Support student recruitment, admissions, progression, and retention.
