Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes and contributes to a high performing learner-centered environment.
• Supervises the associate degree nursing program and collaborates with leadership to ensure accreditation readiness.
• Reviews curriculum, coordinates clinical placements, and monitors NCLEX pass rates.
• Develops budgets with leadership and projects enrollment and staffing needs.
• Forges external partnerships to enhance clinical experiences and maintains program compliance.
