Job summary

Thorne Crest Senior Living Community is seeking a friendly Nursing Aide for Assisted Living and Memory Care with flexible part-time scheduling. You will help residents maintain independence and quality of life, providing hands-on daily living support, memory care assistance, and compassionate care in a welcoming setting.

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00, with shift differentials and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• One year of experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Provide respectful support to residents with dementia and memory-related conditions.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and maintaining safety.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and memory care programs.
• Document care updates using electronic charting systems.
