Job summary

Brethren Care Village is seeking Memory Care Aide(s) for full-time, part-time or PRN roles with day or evening shifts. Pay ranges from $15/hr to $16.80/hr, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, dementia care, meal service, and transportation support. Qualifications emphasize geriatric training or related experience.

Qualifications

• Training in geriatrics (nursing, social work, rehabilitation or therapeutic recreation) or sufficient related prior work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining)
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment
• Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision
