Job summary

The Ashton at the Greens, a Sonida Senior Living community in Saint Augustine, FL, is hiring Nursing Aide or Caregivers for day and night shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive wage/salary, health and dental insurance, 401k with company match, and paid training.

Shift options include 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am, with opportunities to support residents in an assisted living and memory care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in nursing or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
