Job summary

Waterford at Baytown, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will help with daily living activities, medication assistance and coordinated care to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge/experience in nursing or senior living.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living and medications.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medications, treatments, and other care.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
