Job summary

The Waterford at Westover Hills, a Sonida Senior Living community in San Antonio, TX, seeks compassionate Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living, medications, and care tasks while promoting independence.

You will escort residents, help with meals, and participate in activities. High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in senior living or home health is a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
