Job summary

The Addison of Narcoossee in St. Cloud, FL is seeking a Nursing Aide to deliver compassionate care in an assisted living and memory care community.

This position supports residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and personal care, while encouraging independence and dignity. • High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
