The Addison of Oakleaf is a Sonida Senior Living community located in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for a Nursing Aide to support residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, and helping residents maintain independence. We value dignity, respect, and compassionate care in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
