The Woodlands of Hamilton, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting in Hamilton, OH. You will support residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Escorts residents within the building and outdoors as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup.
• Helps plan and execute resident activities on a schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
