Job summary

Sonida Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Woodlands of Hamilton in Ohio. In this role, you will direct nursing assistants, administer medications, and ensure quality patient care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• Must be licensed as an LPN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.

Responsibilities

• Make reports/recommendations about shift activities.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Order prescriptions from pharmacies.
