Job summary

The Woodlands of Hamilton, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting in Hamilton, Ohio. The role supports residents with daily living activities and works closely with the care team to promote independence and dignity.

You will be part of a team delivering high-quality care using modern EHR tools and safety technologies, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
