Job summary

The Addison of Florence, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Nursing Aid to support residents with daily living activities, medications, and care plans. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care in a warm retirement community setting.

You will assist with daily living tasks, escort residents, and help with meals and activities, contributing to a high quality of life for residents in our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assist with meal setup, service and cleanup.
• Support planning and execution of activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include
