Job summary

The Wellington at Conroe in Conroe, TX is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities in an assisted living community. You will assist with medications administration, meals, and mobility, fostering dignity and independence.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and experience in nursing or senior living is a plus. We offer competitive benefits, paid training, and PTO from day one.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
