The Waterford at Round Rock, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a dedicated Nursing Aide to support residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting in Round Rock, TX. You will assist with daily living activities, medications, and safety while fostering independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar preferred.
• Strong patient care and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living and medications.
• Escorts residents within the building and outdoors as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleanup afterward.
• Supports planning and execution of resident activities.
• Treats residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities include:

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed

• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications:
