Qualifications

• Experience as a clinical nurse and ability to mentor others.
• Ability to coordinate patient placement and throughput.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students, nurses, and new staff to develop clinical skills.
• Coordinate Admission/Discharge/Transfer (ADT) to optimize patient flow.
• Apply research and EBP to improve throughput and quality of care.
• Promote cultural diversity and professional conduct among the team.
• Support hospital leadership in identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
