Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two (2) years of related administrative support experience.
• Two (2) years of direct experience in admissions, including applicant assessment within a nursing program or similar.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Three+ years in higher education admissions, recruitment, marketing, or student services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Banner, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions processes for Nursing's Entry Level MSN and MSN programs.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across admissions and records systems.
• Lead development and improvement of applicant review, ranking, and selection processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, outreach, and communications to attract qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support enrollment management and student success.
• Provide leadership on records management and compliance requirements.
