Unitek College in Utah seeks an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, handling high-volume outreach and consultative interviews. You will conduct in-person or virtual interviews, present program options, and help remove barriers to enrollment.

Document all student contacts in Nexus/CampusVue, collaborate with campus teams, and support a mission-driven approach to healthcare education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours weekly.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make outbound calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews outlining programs and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and collect admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
