Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a House Supervisor for Nursing Administration at The Jewish Hospital. The role ensures continuity of patient care in the absence of unit nurse managers and coordinates nursing operations across units.

The supervisor will lead staff, assign care, and oversee clinical performance to uphold Mercy Health’s standards of compassion and excellence. The successful candidate will have RN licensure, BLS, and leadership experience, with a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Two years nursing experience with leadership exposure preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure continuous patient care.
• Assign patient care considering staff ability and patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to meet patient care standards.
