Job summary

Great Bay Community College, Portsmouth Campus, seeks a qualified adjunct instructor for Nursing II (NURS112G) with a maternal-newborn focus. The instructor will supervise up to eight students during clinicals at a cooperating agency.

Position runs 2 days per week (15 hours) for 8 weeks, with sessions on Tuesdays/Wednesdays 7a–3p. January 19–March 10, 2027 or March 23–May 5, 2027. Compensation ranges from $850–$1000 per contact hour, based on rank and experience.

Qualifications

• Eligibility requirements include one of the listed education options.
• Two years of maternal-newborn nursing experience.
• Current NH RN license or eligible for NH licensure.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise up to eight students during maternal-newborn clinicals.
• Deliver instruction for NURS112G: Nursing II, adjunct, course-by-course.
• Occasional in-class or online instruction as needed.
