Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience for full-time faculty or minimum of two (2) years for part-time faculty.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred; if holding a Bachelor's in nursing, an academic plan toward Master’s is required.
• Current, unencumbered Indiana RN license must be held.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Develops/maintains course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials; maintains student records.
• Engages with students in productive ways that impact learning and aligns with active teaching strategies.
• Interacts with students and coworkers professionally, complies with College policies and FERPA.
• Ensures knowledge of safety procedures for classrooms and labs.
• Other duties may be assigned within FERPA and regulatory requirements.
