Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs.
• Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
