Job summary

Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville is seeking compassionate LPN or RN to join our care team for the night shift 6 PM to 6 AM in Clarksville, TN. This full-time position focuses on resident care and collaborative teamwork.

You will direct CNAs, participate in admissions, assess residents, administer medications, and update care plans while maintaining confidentiality and providing high-quality care. Benefits and support are offered.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN or RN Position Summary
