Job summary

Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville in Clarksville, TN is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for the night shift (6 PM–6 AM) to join our care team. You will oversee nursing support and ensure policy adherence while delivering resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include directing CNAs, managing admissions/discharges, administering medications per orders, developing care plans, and reporting changes to the nurse supervisor. CPR/BLS and Tennessee licensure required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident's conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
