Job summary

Three Springs Senior Living & Rehabilitation in Chester, Illinois, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time nursing team. We offer a supportive, resident-centered environment overlooking Three Springs Lake and a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Positions available include Full-Time Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team.
