Job summary

Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is hiring RNs and LPNs for part-time night shifts in a resident-centered setting. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid out over 1 year, with RN pay $32.00–$34.00/hour and LPN pay $28.00–$31.00/hour, plus per-year experience bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with catheter care and tube feeding (as applicable to licensure).
• Ability to lead and collaborate with CNA staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and deliver care within scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise, support, and collaborate with CNA staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.
