Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team in Du Quoin, Illinois. We offer full-time day shifts and part-time night shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid monthly over one year, plus competitive hourly wages based on experience.

RNs earn $32.00–$34.00 per hour and LPNs $28.00–$30.00 per hour, with increases for verified nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Follow applicable state, federal, and facility standards.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
