Sunset Care Homes LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our caring team. We offer 3p-11p and 4p-9p shifts with full and part-time possibilities; alternating weekends are required.

This role provides a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in residents' daily lives. As a CNA, you will support residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and a safe, home-like environment while collaborating with our nursing team to monitor health changes and document

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred in Virginia.
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or residential care setting a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with nursing staff.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to serve others.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Document resident care and observations accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families
