Green Thumb in Rock Island, IL, is seeking a Nursery Technician to maintain the vegetation cycle of sustainable plants, including cannabis, in a regulated environment.
You will care for plants in vegetative state, perform tasks like transplanting, trimming, watering, defoliation, and follow SOPs and schedules; report issues to leadership. Must be 21+, provide state ID, and be eligible for background check. Pay ranges from $19 to $19.50 per hour with discretionary incentives.
The Nursery Technician is responsible for maintaining the vegetation cycle of all sustainable plants within the facility. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

$19 - $19.50 USD
