Green Thumb is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities in our cultivation department. You will prepare and process harvests for flower sales and oil extraction, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with SOPs and GMP expectations.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, precise, and able to work in a fast-paced cannabis environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with additional certifications preferred; prior cannabis experience is not required.

Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry, therefore requires all employees comply to safety and compliance regulations.
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

$19 - $22 USD
