Responsibilities

• Source plant material for special orders and coordinate with Sales Team.
• Maintain vendor relationships and update vendor records in systems.
• Create and process purchase orders for plant material and related items.
• Verify receipt of goods and resolve shipment discrepancies with vendors.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate purchasing and delivery needs between internal departments and vendors.
