Additional Resources Ltd in Medstead, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a Forest School-inspired setting. You will lead activities, support colleagues, and contribute to outdoor learning initiatives.

The role requires Level 2/3 Early Years qualifications, at least 2 years of nursery experience, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive childcare. Driving licence is preferred due to rural location, with flexible full- or part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• EYFS knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children and parents.
• Willingness to undergo DSB checks and safeguarding procedures.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
• Encourage outdoor exploration and Forest School-inspired learning.
• Support children's emotional, social and educational development.
• Lead and support nursery colleagues within the room.
• Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are maintained.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and build relationships with families.
