Job summary

Partou UK in Bristol is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to take charge of a full-time room, overseeing daily activities and ensuring high-quality EYFS learning. You will guide a team, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and partner with families to support child development.

The role offers a £29,640 per year salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus, with 23 days annual leave and 60% childcare discount for you and family. Training via Partou Academy is provided.

About the Role

Stepping Stone Day Nursery is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
