Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to lead and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences under the EYFS framework. You'll collaborate with the Room Leader to ensure activities meet standards and promote curiosity.

You'll bring at least Level 2 UK early years qualification, strong safeguarding knowledge, and a passion for inclusive practice. The role offers great benefits and a supportive, family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, aligning activities with EYFS.
• Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities promoting children’s learning, curiosity, and development.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating an inclusive environment where every child thrives.
