Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months or more of related childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure welfare and safety of children in the nursery.
• Follow established standards and guidelines.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Communicate effectively with members, parents, and staff.
• Show enthusiasm with children.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Attend required trainings.

• Build relationships with members.

• Maintain facilities through proper cleaning procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Inspect equipment for safety hazards.
• Report concerns or repairs to supervisor.
• Suggest improvements to facility and equipment.
