Job summary

YMCA Dayton seeks a Nursery Attendant to provide a quality nursery/babysitting experience for children while their parents attend activities. You will help ensure safety, plan age-appropriate activities, and deliver excellent member service.

The role requires a minimum age of 15, with a high school diploma or GED preferred and six months of childcare experience preferred. Availability Monday–Thursday 5 pm to 8 pm is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age with supervised work eligibility.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months or more of related childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities
