Qualifications

• RN with a degree from an accredited nursing program and valid state license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in a hospital.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate designated nursing staff.
• Coordinate nursing services and assign duties.
• Develop nursing protocols and procedures.
• Provide continuing education and staff development.
• Assess patient needs and document care.
• Maintain patient health care records.
• Maintain inventory records and order supplies.
