Job summary

Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Broken Arrow is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on a long-term acute care unit. The role requires strong leadership to manage patient care, staff assignments, and adherence to clinical protocols.

You will coordinate training, monitor quality of care, ensure accurate documentation, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and transitions.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited nursing degree.
• Current state RN license and BLS certification.
• Two years of hospital nursing experience and 1–2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong supervisory, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Excellent English reading and writing abilities.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate designated nursing staff.
• Plan and organize unit training and nursing protocols.
• Provide continuing education and staff development opportunities.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate nursing care.
