Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license with no disciplinary actions.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2 years direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.
• 1 year leadership or nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular nursing rounds across shifts to monitor resident care.
• Guide shift staff and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor staff and conduct evaluations.
