Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years.
• RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates may be considered in lieu of education.
• Advanced nursing degree preferred (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP).
• Current Washington RN license or MLS.
• Current BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical experience in a supervisory/lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of patient care personnel within the assigned unit.
• Balance administrative and clinical responsibilities, ensuring alignment with physician instructions and hospital policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and patient care processes.
