Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Nurse Manager at The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX. The role oversees patient care per physician orders and directs care to provide the highest possible quality of life for residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School and a current LVN/LPN license in the applicable State.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a long-term or health care setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review daily records for accuracy, documentation, and intervention.
• Make rounds on patients at least every 4 hours and communicate findings to the charge nurse.
• Review and ensure proper documentation for incident reports and discharge plans.
• Oversee post-discharge planning and coordination with the Interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
