Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is hiring an LVN/LPN for The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope of practice.

You will observe and document patient conditions, assist with care plans, and supervise CNA staff to ensure the highest level of patient well-being in a licensed facility. A valid LVN/LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School is required.
• Valid LVN/LPN License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within LVN/LPN scope.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR assessments and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise CNA staff and ensure delivery of appropriate clinical care.
