Avalon Village unit managers are responsible for the nursing care of all residents on their assigned unit. This role supervises licensed nurses and other staff, aligning care with organizational standards and legal requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to improve resident outcomes and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Ensure nursing care aligns with company standards and all federal/state regulations.
• Manage unit operations and support resident care planning.
