Job summary
Manhattanview Rehab Center is hiring a Unit Manager/Director of Nursing to oversee a patient population with a focus on quality care and staff development. Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one year leadership experience in a nursing unit.
- Current licensure by the NJ State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
Responsibilities
- Assumes 24/7 nursing coverage and staffing for the unit.
- Develops, implements and evaluates unit protocols and standards.
- Provides professional guidance and supervision to nursing staff.
- Attends committee meetings and participates in quality assurance activities.
- Ensures safety, compliance with laws and patient-centered care across shifts.
